By accessing or using CubKeep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CubKeep is a billing and invoicing platform designed for home daycare providers. The Service allows providers to manage families, generate invoices, and collect payments through integrated payment processing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. CubKeep does not store credit card information.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect only children's first names and optional ages as entered by authorized daycare providers. We do not collect data directly from children. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
CubKeep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
